Pakistan Navy ready to give befitting response to any aggression: CNS

KARACHI: Chief of the Naval Staff (CNS) Admiral Mohammad Amjad Khan Niazi on Thursday said that the Pakistan Navy is ever ready to give a befitting response to any aggression from the enemies.
Addressing a Fleet Efficiency Competition Parade at PN Dockyard here, the CNS said that the PN is playing a pivotal role in the maritime security and protection of Gwadar Port and China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC).
He said that the navy is fully aware of changing geopolitical situation of the region and it is committed to defend the country’s maritime frontiers.
Appreciating enthusiasm of the fleet units and officers, the CNS expressed satisfaction over the operational preparedness of the fleets and distributed efficiency shields among the best performing units.
