A foreign diplomat in Islamabad was detained by the police after he drove his car into a bike in Islamabad on Tuesday, it emerged.
While the police have not confirmed which country the diplomat is from, nor whether he has been arrested or not, they have said that the 26-year-old biker, Muhammad Irfan, was killed during the accident.
The accident took place within the limits of the Shalimar police station.
