NCOC daily update: 3,842 new cases, 75 deaths from Covid-19

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan reported 3,842 new Covid-19 cases over the last 24 hours, the National Command and Operation Centre said on Sunday.

The centre said that the number of overall confirmed cases has risen to 1,123,812, including 1,009,555 recoveries.

The disease has killed 75 people over the last 24 hours, increasing the overall death toll to 24,923, the NCOC said, adding that 5,301 are in critical condition.

Sindh is the most affected province of the country with 419,810 infections, followed by Punjab which has reported 379,574 cases.

Meanwhile, Pakistan has administered 46,456,077 doses of vaccine so far. A total of 915,856 doses have been administered over the last 24 hours, according to the NCOC.
