Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Ahsan Iqbal on Monday said that false cases are being filed just to take revenge from political opponents.
Talking to media persons, Ahsan Iqbal said that NAB destroyed already functional projects and created hurdles in development of the country but no one is holding government accountable for massive increase in prices of petrol, gas, electricity and medicines.
The PML-N leader further said that Rs2.5 billion were spent on Narowal Sports City but the anti-graft watchdog showed cost of Rs6 billion.
Iqbal added that NAB has lost its credibility and pointed out that only one month is left in retirement of chairman of the bureau but government has not started any consultation with the opposition.
