NCOC daily report: 3,613 new cases, 57 deaths from Covid-19

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan on Sunday reported 3,613 new Covid-19 cases, the National Command and Operation Centre said on Monday.

The NCOC, a department leading campaign against the pandemic, said the number of overall confirmed cases had risen to 1,182,918, including 1,064,319 recoveries.

The number of active cases has risen to 92,367 who are under treatment across the country, including 5,606 in a critical situation.

According to the NCOC, 57 people died of the virus on Sunday, increasing the overall death toll to 26,232.

Sindh is the most affected province of the country in terms of the number of cases with 438,327 infections followed by Punjab which has reported 403,157 cases.
