ISLAMABAD: Pakistan on Saturday reported 3,153 new Covid-19 cases and 58 more deaths, the National Command and Operation Centre said on Sunday.
The NCOC, the department leading the campaign against the pandemic, said the number of overall confirmed cases has risen to 1,204,529, including 1,086,785 recoveries.
The number of active cases has dropped to 91,015 who are under treatment across the country, including 5,370 in critical conditions.
According to the NCOC, the pandemic killed 58 people on Saturday, increasing the death toll to 26,720.
Sindh is the most affected province of the country in terms of the number of cases with 444,464 infections followed by Punjab which has reported 413,182 cases so far.
