Brother of former ISPR boss passes away

ISLAMABAD: Akhtar Iqbal, elder brother of former Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) director general Lt. Gen. Asif Ghafoor, passed away in Rawalpindi on Sunday.

Iqbal breathed his last at Military Hospital Rawalpindi where he was under treatment.

His funeral will be offered in the Askari IX neighbourhood in Lahore on Monday and he will be buried in a graveyard in Defence Housing Authority (DHA).
