Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Saturday claimed that Prime Minister Imran Khan has only three days left to step down from his position before facing the no-trust move.
Bilawal, while addressing the participants of his party’s long march in Okara, said that PPP did not provide empty ground to PM Imran Khan and gave a tough time to the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government.
“We have defeated the selected in every by-election and in the Senate,” he said.
He said that the people of the country have given their verdict in favour of the long march and against the selected, incapable, and illegitimate government of puppet Imran Khan.
He said that the PPP’s stance is that if farmers are prosperous, the entire country is prosperous, adding that Quaid-e-Awam Zulfikar Ali Bhutto gave the farmers right of ownership to their land.
Slamming the incumbent government, the PPP chairman said that PM Imran has taken a U-turn on his promises to the nation and taking a U-turn is a sign of hypocrisy.
He claimed that his political party will fulfil the basic needs of the people after forming the government.
