LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar has said that March 27, public rally will carve out a new history in the political dynamics of Pakistan and a large number of people across the country will attend the rally.
This was stated by him while talking to more than 20 Members of National & Provincial Assembly including Provincial Ministers called on him here on Thursday. Parliamentarians expressed their complete trust in the leadership of PM Imran Khan and Punjab CM Sardar Usman Buzdar and expressed severe condemnation on the horse-trading being staged by the opposition. Matters pertaining to mutual interest, progress on development schemes in their respective constituencies and political situation came under discussion.
The chief minister outlined that the nation will come out in the public rally against the looters and plunderers on the 0call of PM Imran Khan. He emphasized that the rally will prove to be a last nail in the coffin of the opposition’s negative politics. He deplored horse-trading tactics on the part of the opposition adding that they should come to their senses.
He outlined that PTI believes in displaying courtesy and patience in politics and denounced that the opponents have promoted a wrong political culture in the country by indulging into politics of doing criticism for the sake of criticism. He vowed that the PTI government has served the masses with devotion and will continue to do so under the dynamic leadership of PM Imran Khan.
Usman Buzdar stressed that holding the OIC conference in the country is such a unique milestone achieved by Prime Minister Imran Khan which will be remembered for ages. He condemned that the opposition by doing politics of anarchy want to destabilize the country. He maintained that the nation will not allow spreading any sort of chaos or anarchy as the country needs stability instead of political unrest.
The chief minister underlined that the whole nation is standing behind PM Imran Khan and the 27th March public rally will prove to be a public referendum against the opposition. CM urged the parliamentarians to vigorously participate in the public rally.
Those who met the CM included Provincial Ministers, Mian Mahmood ur Rasheed, Murad Ras, Akhtar Malik, Jehanzeb Khichi, Sardar Asif Nakai, Rai Taimoor Bhatti, MNAs Sardar Muhammad Khan Leghari, Aurangzeb Khichi, Ch. Tahir Iqbal, Faiz Ullah Kamoka, Raja Yawar Kamal Khan, Taimoor Lali, Waris Aziz, Wasif Mazharan, Saleem Akhtar and others. Chief Whip Punjab Assembly/MPA Syed Abbas Ali Shah was also present on this occasion.
