Rule of law

Preservation of rule of law is requisite for the progress of a country. Execution of rule of law is pivotal as it ensures sustainability, accountability, fairness, and access to justice for all. No state can accomplish success and run smoothly without the implementation of the rule of law. It is the backbone of peace and harmony in the state. Each and every successful country in the world has progressed owing to its admiration for the laws and regulations.

One of the main reasons behind Pakistan’s current crisis is the absence of rule of law. Unfortunately, in our country, we see different levels of implementation of the law for different classes. The Constitution of Pakistan also emphasizes the importance of rule of law but woefully, our country has achieved very little success in making it practical. If we want to progress as a nation then it is sine qua non to make the implementation of rule of law our core value.
