NAUNDERO: A woman 35-year young married woman Rubina wife of Ghulam Muhammad Khakhrani was killed in Jahan Khan Khakhrani village in the limits of Ketty Mumtaz police station, near here on Sunday. Her body was shifted to Government Hospital here for autopsy.
According to the details, she was sleeping in her home when firing between two groups of nearby Mitho Khakhrani villagers of the same community opened fire against each other over old enmity.
Her husband Ghulam Muhammad said that both groups started firing against each other due to which one bullet hit his wife and she died instantly. He said his wife was sleeping in her home when the bullet hit her.
He said that he had requested both groups and complained to the police that bullets were falling or passing through our village but they did not take notice and continued firing. He demanded justice by arresting the accused. No FIR was registered till the filing of this report.
