Imran Khan lambasts govt for detaining PTI leaders, women, workers

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) lashed out the imported government for its ongoing drive of detaining PTI leadership, women and workers in large scale with the plan to ban the largest and only federal party in Pakistan, urging the nation to be ready for a massive but peaceful protest.

In a strong reaction over the arrest of PTI leadership and its supporters on Monday, PTI Chairman said that without any investigation into who was responsible for arson on government building or dozens of deaths of unarmed protesters by bullet wounds, around 7000 PTI workers, leadership and our women have been jailed with plans to ban the largest and only federal party in Pakistan.

Meanwhile, he said that these goons were being facilitated by our security agencies to take over the Supreme Court (SC) and subvert the constitution.

Imran Khan urged that all citizens must be ready for peaceful protests as once constitution and SC destroyed, it is the end of the Pakistan dream.
