‘Fascist’ govt stoops to new low to break PTI: Farrukh

  • Blasts govt for denying Elahi access to basic necessities in lockup

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) West President Farukh Habib said that the ‘fascist’ government stooped to new low, as 77 years old PTI President of PTI and former Chief Minister of Punjab Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi was being denied access to basic necessities inside the lockup.

In a statement on Saturday, Farrukh Habib said that under the current fascist regime, Pervaiz Elahi was being denied access to basic necessities inside the lockup.

He was not allowed to use bathroom and was not given access to take his medicines. “This is how low they are sinking to break the people,” he added.

The PTI West President lashed out at the imported government for ill-treating PTI detained women, saying that curfew was imposed in the court’s premises during appearance of Alia Hamza Malik and Sanam Javed.

Sharing a video on the occasion of the court appearance of the arrested PTI women on Saturday, Farrukh Habib said that the fascist government crossed all limits of barbarism and cruelties.

He said that the imported regime did not tolerate as to why these women were still resisting.

Farrukh Habib stated that Alia Hamza and Sanam Javed were protesting against the ill-treatment in the jail last night.

He went on to say that female police officers have been searching them at night, adding that curfew was imposed in the court premises, as neither media nor their families and children were allowed to meet them in the court.
