Shah Farman’s house raided, two vehicles taken into custody

PESHAWAR: A joint raid was conducted at house of former Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Shah Farman in Peshawar on Wednesday and two vehicles were impounded.

The police and excise department conducted raid at Shah Farman’s house who had gone underground after violent incidents of May 9 in reaction to arrest of the Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).

The excise department officials said that laboratory test of the impounded vehicles would be conducted.

It is worth mentioning here that police was conducting raids for arrest of Shah Farman and other PTI leaders including Murad Saeed, Mian Aslam Iqbal and Hammad Azhar who went underground after May 9 vandalism.
