LAHORE: Coordinator to PM for Economy and Energy Bilal Azhar Kayani has said irreparable damages are rendered to the country during four-year tenure of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).
Addressing a press conference here, he said that last year, an imposed prime minister was removed in accordance with the constitution but this removed person raised the slogan of imported government.
Bilal Azhar Kiyani said, after being imposed this person was also fed but the systems don’t work like this and the result of fraudulent experiments is in front of everyone.
He said that during Nawaz Sharif’s tenure, the rate of inflation was only 3.8%, more than 12,000 megawatt power plants were built in Pakistan, terrorism was eliminated from the country.
The PM’s coordinator said that electricity and employment came to Pakistan during Nawaz Sharif’s tenure. This imposed person got a developing Pakistan but can do nothing but reversed the development process instead. During, Nawaz’s era, whenever there was economic growth in this country, he made the country’s defense impregnable, he said adding the incumbent government has embarked on a journey of political and economic stability.
He said that Nawaz Sharif is the only person who has the experience of dealing with challenges. Today, PTI’s own people are saying that justice has not been done to Nawaz Sharif, he added.
Bilal Azhar Kiyani said that the person who was imposed had got a developed economy but millions of people were made unemployed in the last 4 years, the largest debt in the history of Pakistan was taken in the previous government and highest inflation was recorded during his tenure. The imposed person had said that I will commit suicide, I will not go to the IMF, they should be ashamed today, they should apologize to the nation.
The coordinator to PM further said that the staff level agreement with the IMF was the result of a year’s hard work of the incumbent government. PTI people are celebrating meeting with IMF, they should apologize the nation as they broke the agreement with IMF, he added.
