ISLAMABAD: Chairman Senate Muhammad Sadiq Sanjrani on Wednesday acknowledged the significance of a stable power supply for the socio-economic development and asked Quetta Electric Power Supply (Qesco) Abdul Karim Jamali to address critical matters concerning the efficient power supply in the province.
Senate Chairman Muhammad Sadiq Sanjrani was talking to Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Quetta Electric Power Supply (Qesco), Abdul Karim Jamali during a meeting on Wednesday.
The two held comprehensive discussion on the pressing issues pertaining to uninterrupted and reliable supply of electricity to the province. On the occasion, the Qesco chief briefed the Senate chairman on strategies and initiatives aimed at enhancing power distribution infrastructure in Balochistan to cater to the growing energy demands of the region.
Sanjrani acknowledged the Qesco’s efforts to improve their services and infrastructure, highlighting the need for collaborative efforts between governmental bodies and power utilities to ensure the well-being and progress of the province’s residents.
The meeting emphasized the importance of aligning strategies to overcome challenges and achieve the common goal of delivering consistent electricity to all corners of Balochistan.
