Efforts of HWPL for global praiseworthy: Governor Punjab

LAHORE: Governor Punjab Muhammad Balighur Rehman has appreciated the efforts of Heavenly Culture World Peace Restoration Light (HWPL) for peace across the globe since 2014.

He said, “Wars are devastating for humanity.”

The Governor Punjab was talking to a delegation of HWPL working for global peace, which led by Senator Kamran Michael called on him at Governor House Lahore on Tuesday.

Balighur Rehman said that the Kashmiris in Occupied Jammu and Kashmir were still deprived of their legitimate right to self-determination. He said that India was trying to suppress the legitimate right of self-determination of Kashmiris by usurping their basic human rights.

He said that international organizations should ensure the implementation of the UN resolutions to resolve the Kashmir issue. Governor Punjab said international peace organizations need to be more active and play an effective role in resolving Palestine and Kasmir issues for durable peace in the world.

Governor Punjab said that currently, most of the officers and soldiers of the armed forces of Pakistan were serving in the United Nations Peace Mission.

On this occasion, the delegation informed the Punjab Governor about the aims and objectives of peace organization, Heavenly Culture World Peace Restoration Light.

The delegation comprised Yang Bang sig, Park Kyung-taek, Kim Young-seung, Jun Young-woo, Lee Seungkyu, Naveed Tahir and Javed Waheed.
