Since its beginning the Chinese Global Community of Shared Future (CGCSF) has been termed as pro-peace, prosperity, harmony and stability in the world. It has been antidote to confrontation, conflicts and conspiracies and the most recently published white paper by China’s State Council Information Office entitled “A Global Community of Shared Future: China’s Proposals and Actions” has once again reaffirmed its strategic importance for socio-economic development and peaceful conflict resolution.
It is indeed timely, holistic, suggestive and futuristic to promote the spirits of cooperation, transparency, openness, modernization and last but not least shared future for the entire world. It stands for development orientation which spurns all kinds of deficits and destructions happening around the world.
It vividly reflects humanistic modus of operandi of the Chinese policy makers to disseminate joint efforts, unity, cooperation and construction of global community with shared future.
It carries spirits of universality, uniformity and dignity which has now become historic and harmonious in its persuasions. It precisely narrates integrated and interactive means to achieve the desired goals of equitable development, eradication of poverty, generation of new jobs and last but not least, shunning of all kinds of discriminations. It stipulates strategic importance of global cooperation, security, prosperity and dialogue among different civilizations and faiths which is the real essence of the CGCSF.
Hopefully, the CGCSF will be further strengthened the holistic model of the global community of shared future in the world especially in Africa, Latin America, the Eurasian continent, ASEAN, South Asia, Central Asia and last but not least, Middle East regions which would be further prosper with technological advancement and collective cooperative projects.
China is the pioneer of the Global South which rightly holds the collective wisdom of the developing countries realizing their potential with economic and infrastructure development support from institutions such as the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB), the New Development Bank and other development-oriented financial institutions.
The Chinese Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) have been successfully creating interconnected networks of infrastructure, transportation, and trade corridors since 2013. These networks enable developing economies to connect to regional as well as international markets and stimulate socio-economic growth.
The terrible incidents of black swan, grey rhino and rise to politics of right-wing politics in the west badly exposed faulty lines in the systems of the western countries causing widespread discrimination, division, destruction and decry in their societies at large. However, the CGCSF is liberating the Global South from colonialism, neocolonialism and the Cold War modality. Thus role of the CGCSF is permanent.
The human society is now under the increasing influence of white-man supremacy and obsessive euphoria of having better DNA composition causing a vicious cycle of continuous confrontation and division which needs urgent rectification through the path of cooperation and mutually befitting propositions allowing and securing promise of a qualitative life of the entire world.
This white paper is inclusive and integrated in its nature. It has inbuilt mechanism of peaceful conflict resolution consisting of dialogue, diplomacy, development and determination of the Chinese leadership. It is factual, fraternal and friendly, halting all fatal trends in the world. It promotes global public good that China offers to the world.
Despite false, fake and fabricated propaganda of the west creating doubts about its aims, objectives and missions the CGCSF has been honored in the UN General Assembly resolutions for six consecutive years, as well as in the joint declarations of multilateral mechanisms such as the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) and BRICS reconfirming constructive nature of this noble concept for the services of humanity.
To conclude, since its inception it has gained immense popularity, and promote better understanding and seek support from the international countries and communities alike especially developing countries.
The CGESF negates the self-centric notions of the western intelligentsia, hawkish political cronies and elite class that the proposal of the concept of the global community of shared future is intended to challenge or compete with the West. Nevertheless, it also includes the participation and cooperation of developed Western countries.
The secret of human civilization and modern political system establishes that the human survival rests on integration and integrated world in which developed societies and developing countries should jointly contribute to the common cause of peace and development under the flagship of CGCSF.
Furthermore, economic stability and sustainability of the world also depends upon multipolar and multilateral befitting partnerships and rise of the global organizations such as BRICS and the Group of 77 with its 135 coalition partners, the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation and the ASEAN are creating new rules of engagements and equitable developments.
Even the Chinese BRI comprising of 153 countries out of 194 reaching to more than 83 percent of the world is actively creating a new model of holistic development based on the harmony of all nations, campaigning for world peace and building economic foundations for global prosperity.
It seems that genie of the western countries’ power politics is pushing its NATO forces into Asia pacific with its regional allies mainly Japan, South Korea and Philippines. Moreover, the US is increasing its military presence in the region. The US is creating law fare and concocted media-focused crises between China and the Philippines.
It is good omen that despite constant and continued propaganda China maintains its patience and superior cultivation of peaceful dialogue with the other countries for the sake of the greater cause of the community of shared future.
