The pressure of natural gas in our area is extremely low, and it takes many hours to cook food regardless of the time of the day. We have been complaining about it since August (SNGPL Account: 28598230002), but all we get are complaint numbers and fake assurances. Only two phone numbers are listed on the gas bill and the staff is simply not interested. No action has been taken till date, and the gas supply has remained unacceptably low.
