ISLAMABAD: Former Director General (DG) of the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), Bashir Memon, has been appointed as the President of the Pakistan Muslim League (N) Sindh.
On the social communication platform X, the spokesperson for the (N) League and former Federal Information Minister, Maryam Aurangzeb, issued a statement regarding Bashir Memon’s appointment.
In her statement, Maryam Aurangzeb mentioned that party president Shehbaz Sharif has appointed Bashir Memon as the President of the Muslim League (N) Sindh, while Shah Muhammad Shah has been designated as the Vice President. Maryam Aurangzeb also shared the official notification for both appointments.
It should be noted that Bashir Memon had a meeting with the leader of the Muslim League (N) and former Prime Minister, Nawaz Sharif on Monday.
