Pakistan, KSA companies partner to enhance recruitment of Pakistani workers

RIYADH: Special Assistant to Prime Minister (AMP) Jawad Sohrab Malik signed Letters of Intent (LOIs) with two leading Saudi companies, FNRCO and Maharah, paving the way for increased recruitment of Pakistani workers and professionals for various large-scale projects across Saudi Arabia.

The LOIs emphasize the establishment of training and orientation centers in Pakistan, specifically tailored to address the skill development requirements of the Saudi labor market. This initiative will equip Pakistani workers with the necessary competencies to seamlessly integrate into the Saudi workforce and contribute effectively to the Kingdom’s ambitious development agenda.

“These agreements represent a pivotal milestone in our ongoing efforts to expand employment opportunities for Pakistani citizens in Saudi Arabia,” remarked Special Assistant Malik. “By collaborating with esteemed Saudi partners like FNRCO and Maharah, we are creating a robust framework to facilitate the recruitment and integration of Pakistani workers, ensuring that their skills and expertise are harnessed to support Saudi Arabia’s economic growth and prosperity.”

FNRCO, a prominent Saudi conglomerate, is deeply involved in various large-scale projects, including the NEOM smart city initiative. The company’s partnership with Pakistan will open doors for Pakistani professionals to participate in these transformative undertakings.

Maharah Human Resource Company, a leading provider of human resource solutions in Saudi Arabia, brings extensive expertise in recruitment, staffing, payroll, outsourcing, and training. Its collaboration with Pakistan will streamline the recruitment process and ensure that Pakistani workers receive the necessary support to thrive in the Saudi Arabian job market.

The signing of these LOIs underscores the strong bilateral ties between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, extending beyond economic cooperation to encompass human capital development. By empowering Pakistani workers with the skills and opportunities they need, these agreements will foster mutual prosperity and strengthen the enduring partnership between the two nations.
