PML-N parliamentary board poised to choose candidates from Dera Ghazi Khan

LAHORE: The Pakistan Muslim League (N) Parliamentary Board convened its fifth meeting on Friday, intensifying its preparations for the upcoming general elections. The crucial meeting, presided over by party leader Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and President Shehbaz Sharif, focused on selecting suitable candidates from Dera Ghazi Khan Division.

Senior party officials, including Maryam Nawaz Sharif (Chief Organizer), Ishaq Dar (Head of Election Cell), Ahsan Iqbal (Secretary General), and Rana Sanaullah Khan (Punjab President), actively participated in the discussions. Additionally, central and provincial officials and divisional coordinators were present, ensuring comprehensive representation in the decision-making process.

This meeting marked the continuation of a week-long candidate selection drive initiated on December 2nd. During this period, the Board has meticulously reviewed potential candidates in Sargodha Division, Rawalpindi District, Hazara and Malakand Divisions, and Balochistan Province.

With each meeting, the PML-N Parliamentary Board is strategically solidifying its electoral strategy by selecting individuals who best represent the party’s vision and values. Today’s focus on Dera Ghazi Khan Division demonstrates the Board’s commitment to fostering a diverse and geographically balanced team of candidates.
