ECP to set up over 92,000 polling stations for NA, PA seats across country

ISLAMABAD: The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has chalked out the final draft of polling stations for general elections to be held on February 08, 2024.

According to the draft, over 92,000 polling stations would be set up across country.

The polling scheme would be issue 15 days before the polling day i-e February 08.

For 438 National and Provincial Assembly constituencies of Punjab, 51,821 polling stations would be set up across province.

While, for 191 National and Provincial Assembly constituencies, the total number of polling stations would be 19,236.

In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 737 polling stations would be established for 160 National and Provincial Assembly seats.

For 66 National and Provincial Assembly seats of Balochistan, 5,015 polling stations would be established.

In Islamabad, 990 polling stations would be set up for three National Assembly constituencies.
