Once it was akin to heresy if one believed that science could help people live longer. However, with the capture of tinny culprit bacterium under the microscope, it was evident that it was the cause of devastating disease outbreaks across the ancient world, including the black plague. Today, once the killer of humans, bacteria can be utilised to enhance human lives. A Russian scientist named Anatoli Brouchkov has found life-changing bacteria that help humans live longer. The bacterium, named Bacillus F, has been discovered inside the frozen mountains of Siberia. The scientists deem it to be humans’ key to immortality. Should we be worried?
