The residents of Clifton blocks 1 and 2 are facing serious trouble owing to the large number of stray dogs roaming the streets, especially at night, making life dangerous for the passers-by. Besides, the constant howling of the canine fellows disturbs the peace of mind of the residents. The nights are also scary for the people as the law and order situation is worrisome in the absence of street lights along the road connecting the two Clifton blocks.
