PTI candidate escapes gunfire aimed at vehicle in Swabi

SWABI: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) provincial assembly candidate for upcoming general elections escaped firing on vehicle here on Tuesday.

According to details, unidentified armed men sprayed bullets on PTI candidate for PK-49, Irfan Jadoon but he survived in the assault and attackers fled the scene.

Irfan Jadoon said that he was returning after attending a funeral procession when unknown gun sprayed two bullets on his vehicle but by grace of Allah Almighty he remain unhurt.

The police registered a case against unidentified assailants and started investigations.
