Public toilets

Public toilets, scarce as they are across Karachi, mostly remain locked. One wonders what is the point of having them if they cannot be kept functional. One such ‘facility’ along the University Road close to Mosamiyat can be taken as an example. It is hard to guess whether it is a public toilet meant for women, or a wall built for pasting advertisements.
