ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) vehemently rejected the Special Court’s unlawful and cruel ruling awarding 10 years’ sentence each to PTI Chairman-for-life Imran Khan and Vice Chairman Shah Mehmood Qureshi in the fake, baseless, fraudulent and fabricated cypher case.
In his strongly-worded reaction over the kangaroo court’s flawed and illegal judgement in the frivolous cypher case, PTI Central Information Secretary Raoof Hasan said that the mockery and murder of justice had been committed to targeting Imran Khan and Qureshi of political revenge.
Raoof Hasan strongly condemned the hurried conclusion of sham trial conducted by a visibly partisan and prejudiced judge in a stifling and intimidating environment inside the jail by violating all norms and principles relating to conducting a fair trial as enshrined in the statute book to punish the innocent leaders of the people.
“We will pursue all constitutional and legal means to secure justice for PTI Founding Chairman and Vice Chairman,” he vowed. He said that PTI would move the High Court against the biased and flawed verdict without any loss of time.
He made it clear that like the arrests made in the aftermath of the attack on the IHC on May 9 and the verdict of Judge Humayun Dilawar, the jugement of Special Court Judge Abual Hasnat Zulqarnain was also devoid of the very principles of law and justice, thus it will not stand in any court of justice.
Raoof Hasan pointed out that the elements, who were petrified of the rising popularity of PTI Founding Chairman and PTI, had ruined the entire fabric of justice system after murder of the constitution and fundamental rights in the country.
PTI Central Information Secretary stated that the compromised judges of kangaroo courts were the biggest threat to justice system and they were digging the grave of justice by becoming puppets in the hands of habitual lawbreaker state actors.
He reminded that the international media exposed the full contents of the cipher and complete detail of the regime change conspiracy before the world.
Raoof Hasan vowed that they would give a befitting respond to mischievous schemes and the scandalous projects of the shameful and dishonest planners.
However, he reiterated that despite all the state atrocities and excesses, they would remain calm and peaceful in the light of the instructions of PTI Founding Chairman and would revenge for every injustice with the power of their votes.
PTI Central Information Secretary stressed the need that it was incumbent upon the people to come out of their homes in massive number on February 8 to open the doors of justice for their beloved, fearless, brave and innocent leader so as to block the way of the storms murdering justice and triggering lawlessness in the country with the power of their vote.
