ATC orders confiscation of absconding top PTI leaders’ properties

LAHORE: The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Lahore on Thursday ordered to confiscate the movable and immovable properties owned  proclaimed offenders belonging to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).

After the orders of ATC, two residential plots and one bank account of PTI former provincial minister Mian Aslam Iqbal, five agricultural pieces of land of former federal minister Hammad Azhar, four bank accounts of Farrukh Habib, one residential property, one insurance policy, two bank accounts and one vehicle of Murad Saeed will be confiscated.

The court on Thursday also ordered seizure of Ali Amin Gandapur’s three agricultural lands, one residential property, five bank accounts, two vehicles and 35 horses.

While another PTI leader Azam Swati’s two agricultural lands, two residential properties, five bank accounts, one vehicle, three plots, flats, 51 percent shares in Swati Enterprises, properties in the United States and Dubai will also be seized.

While two residential properties, three bank accounts and two vehicles of PTI leader Andlib Abbas will also be confiscated.
