China charity foundation-funded Chatter Kiass Girls’ School unveiled

MUZAFFARABAD: In a milestone of Sino-Pak friendship and cooperation, the renovated Government Girls High School Chatter Kiass was officially inaugurated, Gwadar Pro reported on Monday.

The renovation project, funded by the Beijing One Heart Sphere Charity Foundation and the China-Pakistan Youth Exchange Community, marks a new chapter in the education of female students in the region.

The school, located in a rural area of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK), has been transformed from a run-down facility into a modern and vibrant educational hub.

The renovation included the reconstruction of classrooms and other facilities, as well as the provision of new furniture, equipment, and educational materials.

The renovated school has already accommodated the first batch of over 200 girls from the surrounding communities, providing them with a safe and comfortable environment to receive their education.

The school will offer a wide range of basic subjects, including mathematics and humanities, aiming to equip the students with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in today’s world.

With the renovated school now open, it is hoped that more girls in the region will have access to quality education, enabling them to reach their full potential and contribute to the development of AJK.

The China-Pakistan charity organization plans to continue its work in the field of education with the aim of improving educational facilities and opportunities for girls across Pakistan and beyond.
