Exploitation of commuters

During my recent trip to Hyderabad, I observed the exploitation by shops at bus stands. These shops unabashedly overcharge commuters for essential items. This exploitation highlights the broader problem of inadequate facilities and services for commuters in the city. Some transportation services also impose exorbitant fares. Basic facilities should be provided to the commuters.
