Interior Minister Naqvi announces upgradation of Pakistan Coast Guards

KARACHI: Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has announced upgradation of Pakistan Coast Guards on Wednesday.

Mohsin Naqvi presided over an important meeting at the headquarters of Pakistan Coast Guards in Karachi today.

Addressing the participants, the interior minister said Pakistan Coast Guards will be upgraded on modern lines and Coastal Guards have to play an important role in anti-smuggling operations.

The Interior Minister said that despite the limited resources, the performance of the Coastal Guards is excellent.

During his visit of Coast Guard Headquarters Muhsin Naqvi placed flowers on Yadgar-e-Shuhda and recited Fateha.
