Calm Iranians

Put yourself in this scenario. You are about to land in a country whose president has been killed in an accident. You realise that you are just minutes away from being caught in the middle of a chaotic situation, with angry mobs wielding batons and destroying everything that comes their way. Right? It was a quite a contrasting scenario when I landed in Tehran and heard about the tragic helicopter crash in which the Iranian president and other high-profile individuals had lost their lives. The reaction of the people of Iran was worth praising as they were rather calm. I saw them distributing alms and praying for the departed souls. They came across as a very organised nation.
