The Princess of Wales received a standing ovation as she entered the Royal Box at Wimbledon today.
Kate, 42, who has taken a break from public royal duties due to undergoing cancer treatment, is set to watch Carlos Alcaraz face off against Novak Djokovic in the Grand Slam final.
Accompanied by her daughter Princess Charlotte, nine, and her sister Pippa Middleton, the future queen was welcomed with applause, marking her second public appearance of the year.
Her attendance at Wimbledon today is the first time the mother-of-three has officially appeared in public since her last outing at Trooping the Colour last month.
Over the years, many A-listers and members of the Royal Family have been seen in the Royal Box, including the late Queen Elizabeth, Meghan Markle, and Queen Camilla.
This year, Kate’s parents, Carole and Michael, have been seen in the box, along with Queen Camilla and Princess Beatrice.
The Princess of Wales announced her cancer diagnosis in March and has since been undergoing preventative chemotherapy.
Kate has repeatedly shown her love for sports with numerous appearances at Wimbledon and various charity events.
Earlier this week, the Princess paid tribute to Andy Murray’s “incredible Wimbledon career” as the tennis star expressed being “absolutely devastated” after Emma Raducanu pulled out of their doubles match.
