3-day physical remand of Raoof Hassan granted by court

ISLAMABAD: Islamabad District and Sessions Court Judicial Magistrate Muhammad Shabbir Bhatti Thursday announced the reserved verdict on the plea of FIA and granted three-day physical remand of PTI spokesperson Raoof Hasan and nine other accused arrested by FIA.

Judicial Magistrate Shabbir Bhatti also heard the bail application, and the FIA ​​prosecutor argued that these women were employed when the campaign against state institutions was launched.

The bail was granted to the two women arrested from the PTI Secretariat. The court ordered his release on a surety bond of Rs 50,000

“These employees were hired for a specific purpose. These women work in the media cell and granting bail will affect the case,” he said.

Lawyer Ali Bukhari said that whatever the prosecutor said showed what was related to it in the report.

“Show me the character of Farhat and Iqra from the file. The court granted bail to the two women and ordered them to submit a bond of 50,000,” the defence lawyer said.

On the other hand, the district and sessions court said bail was granted to both women arrested by the PTI secretariat against surety bonds worth 50,000.
