Federal minister vows improved Hajj arrangements for next year

ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Religious Affairs Chaudhry Salik Hussain has reiterated that Hajj arrangements for next year will be improved further.

While addressing Paigham e Hajj Conference in Islamabad today, he stated that religious affairs ministry has initiated proposals to improvement in Hajj arrangements and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will be consulted soon to finalize the roadmap for next Hajj.

Chaudhry Salik Hussain while appreciating his Ministry’s endeavors in making this year’s Hajj successful said that to make better arrangements for next Hajj, all stakeholders will also be consulted.

The minister urged public to promote unity keeping in view the message and purpose of Hajj. He said no nation can achieve progress without unity. He said we should think beyond any sectorial bifurcation for the development of the country.

Speaking on the occasion, Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Faisal Karim Kundi said understanding the message of Hajj, we should take practical steps for the promotion of unity among Muslim Ummah. He appreciated Saudi Arabia’s role for making extensive arrangement for the biggest Pilgrimage of Muslim every year.

He also thanked Molana Tahir Ashrafi for arranging the Paigham e Hajj Conference.
