Prince William’s son George not interested in becoming King?

Prince George, who is destined to one day become King, has sparked fresh debate about his future after reportedly expressing interest in an unexpected career before taking the throne. During a visit to Norfolk with his mother, Kate Middleton, the 11-year-old was shown a wood-fired pizza oven at Wiveton Hall Café and exclaimed, “That’s what I want to do when I grow up!”

Desmond MacCarthy, the café owner, shared the story with the Daily Mail, noting that Prince George seemed fascinated by the pizza oven. The young prince visited the café with his mother, as the family’s country home, Anmer Hall, is located nearby. “He’s a sweet boy,” MacCarthy added.

Known for their love of pizza, the Prince and Princess of Wales often engage in making homemade pizza with their children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis. Kate Middleton has shared that her two eldest children enjoy making pizza dough, and in 2023, George was spotted enjoying a slice while watching a cricket match.

Aside from his culinary interests, Prince George is also reportedly keen on flying, having started flying lessons. Prince William, while attending a Buckingham Palace garden party in May, proudly remarked that his son might be a “potential pilot in the making.”

While George’s destiny is to eventually sit on the throne, it seems he has other aspirations before embracing his royal duties.
