ISLAMABAD: Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi on Thursday announced that Sikh pilgrims, or yatrees, can now obtain an online visa to Pakistan free of charge, processed within just 30 minutes.

This streamlined service aims to facilitate Sikh visitors eager to perform yatra in Pakistan.

The announcement was made during a function hosted by Naqvi in honor of American Sikh pilgrims.

He emphasized that Sikh yatrees can now visit Pakistan at their convenience, booking flights according to their preferences.

Naqvi highlighted the government’s efforts to open doors for Sikh pilgrims, welcoming them anytime. Additionally, a special visa quota has been approved for Sikh visitors interested in attending the ICC Champions Trophy cricket matches in Pakistan.
