ISLAMABAD: The National Assembly session, initially planned for 5:00 pm, has been rescheduled to 4:00 pm on Monday as the government prepares to introduce a bill proposing amendments to the Supreme Court Practice and Procedure Act to expand the number of Supreme Court judges.

The National Assembly secretariat issued a notification about the revised timing under Rule 49, sub-clause 2(b) of the National Assembly Rules of Procedure, 2007, granting the Speaker discretion in adjusting the session’s schedule.
