Kate Middleton Returns to the Gym and Public Life After Completing Chemotherapy

Kate Middleton has reportedly resumed her gym routine after completing chemotherapy, signaling a gradual return to public life. Royal author Robert Jobson shared with Hello! that the Princess of Wales, 42, is “doing very well” and is “back training at the gym and doing all the things she wanted to do.” Jobson added that Kate’s future engagements will be focused on impactful events, allowing her to work at her own pace.

Kate, who announced her cancer diagnosis on Instagram in March, took time to inform her children, Prince George, 11, Princess Charlotte, 9, and Prince Louis, 6, of her condition privately. After undergoing treatment, she declared herself cancer-free in September, though she has not disclosed the specific type of cancer.

Since her recovery, Kate has reappeared at key events, including the Trooping the Colour in June and a recent visit to Southport Community Centre to meet with families affected by a tragic incident. Jobson emphasized that her return will prioritize her family and personal well-being, with Prince William reportedly supporting a balanced approach to her royal duties.
