As Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck navigate their divorce, Lopez remains dedicated to staying connected with Affleck’s children, according to a recent report. While working through their split, the Unstoppable co-stars are also maintaining a professional front by appearing together to promote their film.
Despite the end of their marriage, Lopez, 55, reportedly wants a strong relationship with Affleck’s three children — Violet, 18, Seraphina, 15, and Samuel, 12 — whom he shares with ex-wife Jennifer Garner. People reported that Lopez’s family has embraced Affleck’s kids, with a source saying, “Jennifer is doing well and doesn’t dwell on the past. She stays in touch with Ben’s kids, and her whole family loves them.”
Recently, Lopez’s sister Lynda was seen spending time with Violet at Yale, even sharing a photo captioned, “New Haven with my favorite Yalie.” This gesture shows the ongoing connection Lopez’s family has maintained with Affleck’s children.
Meanwhile, Affleck recently praised Lopez’s work in Unstoppable, calling her performance “spectacular.” The film, in which Lopez portrays the mother of a wrestling champion, continues to bring the two stars together professionally despite their personal challenges.
Lopez and Affleck’s relationship has long captivated fans, starting from their initial romance in the early 2000s to their reunion and marriage in 2022. Lopez filed for divorce in August of this year, marking the official end to their two-year marriage and listing their separation date as April 26.
