Kim Kardashian Reportedly “Worried” About Kanye West’s Documentary Depiction of Her Family

Kim Kardashian is reportedly concerned about how her family will be portrayed in Kanye West’s upcoming Netflix documentary, In Whose Name?, slated for a 2025 release. According to a source who spoke with In Touch, the reality star fears that private arguments and tense moments with Kanye could be included in the film. “Kanye’s relationship with Kim and her family is not good,” the source explained, adding, “While she tries to keep the peace with him, they’ve had arguments over the phone that could end up being used in the doc.”

The documentary, in development for six years, follows Kanye’s rise as one of the most controversial and successful artists of his time. It promises an unfiltered look at his life, including corporate exploitation, racial complexities, and psychological struggles, with a focus on the bold choices that have defined his career. With a reported billion-dollar budget, the film documents his public and personal transformations, including moments that could address his tumultuous divorce from Kim, with whom he shares four children: North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm.

Adding to Kim’s worries is Kanye’s rumored interest in creating a reality show about his life, potentially involving their children. “That would be Kim’s worst nightmare,” the source noted, especially given the amount of personal footage Kanye has amassed over the years. While the Kardashians have long controlled their narrative through their own reality show, Kim reportedly fears that Kanye’s documentary could expose aspects of their relationship she’d prefer to keep private.

Fans are anticipating the release of In Whose Name?, but the tension between the former couple hints at a dramatic aftermath for both the documentary and their co-parenting dynamic.
