Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi are celebrating two decades of love, marking the milestone with a heartfelt social media post.
On Thursday, March 20, DeGeneres, 67, shared a shadowy sunset selfie of herself and de Rossi, 52, writing, “20 years together. Happy to be with you everywhere and always.” The post comes just months after the former talk show host shared another tribute in December, reflecting on their journey together.
In her December post, DeGeneres expressed gratitude for their relationship, calling de Rossi “the best thing that ever happened in my life.” She praised her wife for offering love and support, adding, “You help me see the good in everything… My wife. My best friend. The love of my life.”
The couple, who tied the knot in 2008, recently relocated to the Cotswolds in England, purchasing a countryside home in the fall of 2024. A source confirmed that DeGeneres found a house she “fell in love with” during a trip to England in October. The couple has since embraced their new surroundings, even spending time at The Farmer’s Dog, a pub owned by English TV presenter Jeremy Clarkson.
The Cotswolds is a favored retreat for celebrities, with residents including David and Victoria Beckham, Kate Moss, and Elizabeth Hurley. King Charles’ estate, Highgrove House, is also located in the region.
