Zong network temporarily disrupted countrywide

1. Why Zong network stuck today phone show 3G while phone also 4G seriously i am sad today because i am not playing pubg today .I tell you something about me ,i adicted on pubg everyday and also missing today chikendinner on pubg because i am very hungry today …plrase slove this problem early 🙏🙏🙏 From Muzaffar Garh

       • A maintenance was scheduled at MSC center (where all client servers are); load was to be shifted to back up genset. But rather due to stupidity of engineer it got shifted to a battery which could not take the load and exploded resulting in fire and disruption to entire service.

         • Bro, actually there have install 4 Gensets, 1.25 MW each. And all Gensets are sink to each other. Unfortunately one genset gone problematic during operation. Load shifted to other 3 Gensets which cause other 3 Gensets over loaded. So all Gensets shut down and load shifted to battery banks.
           There was 5 rectifier power systems in the equipment room from which one system gone shutdown due to weak battery bank issue. While other rectifier systems keep working. The system which shut down was providing power to major IT servers which cause this huge problem in network.
