In this risky era where the crime rate is increasing rapidly, there is a need for some specialist personnel who can work according to their skills for maintaining peace and order in the country. Unfortunately, our country is facing many problems about the enforcement of the law, due to a lack of trained staff. The most faulty thing that is circulating in law enforcement agencies is that professional degree holders of criminology are ignored instead of having such an important degree.
Those are very capable being as an expert in this field but again our system is stuck at a place that instead of having degrees and specialization in criminology, students are not prioritized like students of other fields. This flaw is a leading factor in the rise of crime. There is a timely need that criminologists must be given a specific value and appointed in special agencies so that they can help to prevent crime and be supportive to impose constitutional rights in Pakistan by using their skills and expertise otherwise.
The government should appoint experts in every field. The mingled appointments are not able to work properly and in this scenario, students having specialization can play a brilliant role than untrained personnels.
This type of demonstration can be highly supportive to work at firm level.
