Naseem Shah’s brother shines in National T20 Cup

LAHORE: Following in his brothers’ footsteps, Naseem Shah’s younger brother has also delivered an impressive debut in the National T20 Cup.

Hunain Shah made his debut against Khyber Pakhtunkhwa wearing Central Punjab’s colors.

He returned the figures of 2/27 in four overs as he picked up the wickets of Mohammad Sarwar Afridi and Maaz Khan.

Hunain Shah has been a regular part of Central Punjab as he previously made regular appearances for their U-19 side Central Punjab Whites last year.

The pacer has remained impressive with the red-ball as well, implying that he has the potential to replicate the heights of success his brother has reached thus far.

Naseem Shah, on the other hand, became an overnight hero after striking two sixes off two balls against Aghanistan in the recently concluded T20 Asia Cup. His sixes cemented Pakistan’s place in the final, which the Men in Green eventually lost by 23 runs against Sri Lanka.
