Zardari mafia made Sindh slave, ruling at gunpoint: Haleem Adil

PESHAWAR: Leader of Opposition in Sindh Assembly, Haleem Adil Sheikh has said that Zardari mafia has made the province and ruling it at gunpoint.

Talking to media in Peshawar High Court (PHC) on Tuesday, he said that Zardari mafia has made the life of people of Sindh miserable and Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) has died in province but governing by use of force.

Haleem Adil Sheikh said that the key issue of the people was general election but they were grasped in general selection. Merit should be ensured in selection to get rid of the prevailing issues, he added.

The PTI leader said that the PHC has awarded transit bail to him till December 13, 2022.

He said that there was PTI government in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa since 2013 and not a single case based on political revenge has been registered against any opposition leader or councilor. On the other hand, Sindh government lodged 28 cases against me, he added.

Haleem Adil claimed that there would be gigantic gathering of people in Rawalpindi on November 26. Earlier, two million people were estimated to join Azad March but after assassination attempt on Chairman PTI Imran Khan, now four million will reach Rawalpindi.

The opposition leader said that journalist Arshad Sharif was murdered and elements involved in the conspiracy were being exposed. He alleged whether it should be Arshad Sharif’s murder or what was done with Azam Khan Swati, role of Asif Zardari in it would flash.
