Quaid-e-Millat’s son Akbar Liaquat Ali Khan passed away

ISLAMABAD: Akbar Liaquat Ali Khan, the son of Quaid-e-Millat and the first prime minister of the country Nawabzada Liaquat Ali Khan passed away on Wednesday.

According to a private media report, Deputy Commissioner District West Karachi, Raja Tariq Chandio confirmed the death of Akbar Liaquat Ali.

He said that Akbar Liaquat Ali was undergoing treatment in a private hospital due to a kidney disorder and was being treated by the Sindh government.

On the other hand, Chief Minister Sindh Murad Ali Shah expressed his grief over the sad demise of Akbar Liaquat and said that the Sindh government tried hard to save the life of the deceased. The CM directed the DC to help the heirs for the burial arrangements of the deceased.
