PESHAWAR: A man in the Pakkha Ghulam area in the jurisdiction of Shahpur police station in Peshawar opened fire on his wife and in-laws, killing two women and an infant, and injuring two others.
The incident occurred after the woman left her husband’s home due to ongoing domestic disputes and went to her mother’s house with their children.
In retaliation, the husband went to his in-laws’ house and fired indiscriminately. The wife, sister-in-law, and child were killed on the spot, while two others sustained injuries and were taken to Lady Reading Hospital for treatment.
The perpetrator managed to flee the scene after committing the heinous crime.
