Lahore ATC extends Imran Khan’s bail in two cases

LAHORE: An anti-terrorism court in the Punjab capital on Thursday extended interim bail of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan in two difference cases till May 16.

When an ATC judge resumed hearing on bail petition of the former premier, his lawyer filed a plea seeking exemption from appearance. The lawyer informed the court that his client had to appear before the Islamabad High Court (IHC) to attend hearing of nine cases registered against him. The judge later approved the exemption plea and extended Imran Khan’s bail in two cases till May 16.
